Triceps Superset Workout

Good morning! I’m sitting here drinking my coffee and eating my post-workout Think Thin Bar.

These are by far my favorite protein bars out there. They’re Gluten Free and Lactose Free (not dairy free, but I put up with it occasionally) and über delicious.

Speaking of workouts, here’s the superset circuit that I did this morning…

I had a second wind at the end and went through and repeated each move one last time. My arms were burning at the end for sure! The whole workout took about 45 minutes, so I had enough time to do a plank series at the end before it was time to stretch. I have a love/hate relationship with planks so I spend a lot of time coming up with plank workouts. I’ll post that one for you later!

I’m off to show my mom a workout I created for her, and then to walk Fenway.

Speaking of Fenway, I think it’s about time you met him, since he’ll be making frequent appearances on Triorbust…

He’s my little red-head Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. It’s kind of mouthful of a name for such a little breed.

Here’s some fun facts about Fen…

  • He parks, so in other words when I want him to sit I say “Fenway, Park,” And sometimes he obeys 🙂
  • He’s emotionally needy and needs lots of attention and hugs.
  • He has seasonal allergies.
  • He thinks he’s a vicious attack dog. He’s not.
  • He was born in Arkansas.
